Pistol performance development
ABOUT THIS COURSE
PTG Pistol Performance Development is PTG’s two-day minimum handgun training program designed to build efficient, repeatable shooting mechanics and apply those skills to increasingly complex shooting problems.
Day One establishes the technical mechanics for consistent handgun performance, while Day Two challenges students through movement, target transitions, positional shooting, practical shooting stages, and increased performance demands.
Students progress from isolated technical skills to practical application, building confidence and speed while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and sound mechanics.
By the end of the program, students will have a stronger technical foundation, improved ability to diagnose and correct their own performance, and experience applying their skills to a variety of practical shooting problems. Students leave with a clear understanding of how to continue developing their handgun skills through purposeful practice and measurable standards.
